Key Responsibilities:
* Work within a team of three in the accounts department
* Complete purchase ledger and administrative tasks
* Build relationships with suppliers and chase invoices
* Input purchase invoices into Sage Line 50
* Liaise with site staff and contract managers for proof of deliveries
* Resolve supplier queries and send copy invoices
* Prepare purchase ledger for payment runs
* Assist with other administrative duties as needed
