About Us
The MND Association was founded in 1979. Our mission is to improve care and support for people with MND, their families, and carers. The Association campaigns and raises awareness so the needs of people with MND, and everyone who cares for them, are recognized and addressed by wider society.
Whether you want to get involved in caring, fundraising, awareness raising, or campaigning, you will find this community uplifting. You'll be making a difference, even in small steps, towards better care and a cure.
