Contract Type: Temporary Duration: Ongoing Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour Start Date: ASAP Manpower is recruiting experienced Barista's on behalf of our client to work within busy retail units. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high quality beverages and maintaining the smooth day to day running of the retail unit. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees and teas. Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times. Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café, including tables, counters, and equipment. Restock supplies and assist with deliveries when required. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures. Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee shop or café role is essential. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly there may be the occasional requirement to work early or late dependant on business needs Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (we can support you with this) This is a school term time only position.
