Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders by delivering value in your respective areas and supporting significant growth
* Collaborate with leaders and managers, bringing your people expertise, to help shape local people strategies including org design, headcount planning, talent management, recruitment strategies, and reward
* Program manage and support the delivery of strategic P&C projects as part of the P&C strategic pillars program of work
* Drive a culture of high performance and engagement, where talent is recognized
* Coach managers on all people topics, policies, and practices to drive performance and engagement, ensuring fairness and consistency across the team
* Collaborate closely with Talent specialists with a ‘one team' approach, shaping our offerings and embedding them effectively in the business
* Be one step ahead in terms of understanding, data, and insights (externally and internally) to identify people priorities for the business and enhance decision making. Keep track of headcount budgets
* Keep up to date with People & Culture Team best practices within the sector - feeding into respective specialists
* Question and challenge team cultures and behaviors to ensure that they are consistent with the Team's Identity
* Ensure diversity and inclusivity runs through everything we do
* Consistently and proactively demonstrates the team values and behaviors
* Consistently follows H&S, Compliance, Sustainability, Policy and Best Practices
Qualifications & Requirements
* Driven by high performance
* Confident in ability to influence, communicate credibly, and support leaders through growth and change
* Demonstrable knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, org design, recruitment strategy, and reward principles
* Experienced at planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic P&C initiatives with clear governance
* Experienced in coaching leaders and managers on policies, people practices, performance, and decision-making with fairness and consistency
* Comfortable using data, dashboards, and trends to spot risks, guide decisions, drive high performance and manage headcount budgets
* Confident in challenging behaviors, supporting cultural alignment, and reinforcing values and identity
* Up to date with HR/P&C sector trends, legal updates, and emerging people practices
* Ensures inclusivity in all people processes while adhering to H&S, compliance, sustainability, and policy standards
* CIPD qualification desirable
