Contract Length: 6 months
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage operational activities at our regional Hub and surrounding spokes. The role is central to maintaining service levels, managing hardware workflows, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
3. Ticket Management: Oversee and update support tickets assigned to the Hub, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with contracted service levels
4. Asset & Stock Control: Manage iing and outgoing hardware through accurate scanning and asset tracking procedures
5. Disposal Coordination: Handle hardware disposals efficiently and in accordance with contract terms
6. Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment, working with vendors for parts, returns, and warrantypliance
7. Locker Maintenance: Replenish hardware lockers as needed to support field engineers and local operations
8. Service Monitoring: Identify potential service risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate to the Team Leader
9. pliance: Adhere to agreed procedures from bothputacenter and any site-specific Authority regulations
