The Role
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons that inspire curiosity and academic success
* Teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, with opportunities in Key Stage 3 where applicable
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed
* Encourage critical thinking, independent learning, and a deeper understanding of psychological concepts
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the department
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school or sixth-form setting
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for Psychology and a commitment to raising student achievement
* The ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
