Main Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer experience by handling inquiries professionally and promptly.
2. Answer first-line telephone inquiries from clients.
3. Manage daily emailed inquiries regarding faults/servicing, including new work orders and customer/internal queries, ensuring all emails are addressed daily.
4. Apply knowledge of Service Level Agreements with clients.
5. Accurately log administrative notes reflecting all handled queries.
6. Understand and interpret client expectations, identify information gaps, and resolve issues accordingly.
7. Review live calls for consistency and clarity, and clarify as needed.
8. Log and query service calls, ensuring inclusion of PO numbers, response times, access info, and call reasons.
9. Ensure customer inquiries are resolved at first contact or directed to the appropriate department.
10. Respond to other customer/internal requests or forward to relevant departments, understanding subsequent steps and timelines.
Experience and Knowledge
1. Previous experience in Customer Service or similar roles within the Service & Maintenance industry.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, and Word.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
