* Strong OO PHP skills gained working on an in-house system/ platform/ application
* Experience working in an agile environment
* Experience working in a Linux environment
* Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders
* Solid front end framework understanding would be a real plus – Vue.js, React, angular etc
* Experience working across web, software & system projects
* Any experience of AI tooling would be really useful – Claude code etc
