We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Scotland & North East region.
As Head of Sales, reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy. This includes managing Business Development Managers & Internal Sales Managers, ensuring robust and consistent sales processes, and leading a motivated sales team to maximize revenue.
This role requires an experienced sales leader who can demonstrate leadership with passion, confidence, credibility, and focus. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing regional sales teams, influencing senior management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into action.

Contribute to the team’s budget planning.
# Manage a team of sector specialists, utilizing measurement tools to improve performance.
# Oversee the regional sales team in managing key accounts.
# Act as liaison between the UK Business Unit and BlueSky, addressing delivery, new products, and supply issues.
# Manage risks associated with key accounts.
Extensive experience in strategic sales management within plant and/or equipment hire environments.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
