Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Carlton-in-Lindrick, Worksop.
**Must have a Full UK drivers licence
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
What we're looking for :
1. Must have a Full UK drivers licence, as the people we support have their own vehicle and like to be taken out and about
2. A genuine passion for supporting others.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options :
6. Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
Shift times :
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
7. 10:30 – 10pm sleep in until 10am.
9am – 1.30pm
10am - 4pm
12pm – 8.30PM
Sleep ins required? At least one sleep in a week.
Drivers ESSENTIAL.
