This is a seasonal position at Pausa – our coffee shops across the country – and is temporary and entry‑level.

Responsibilities
As a Coffee Shop Assistant you’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first‑time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands‑on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.
