Supervisor
Location: Coatbridge (travel to site as required)
Contract: Full time – Permanent, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 08:00‑16:30)
Salary: £42,464.80 per annum, plus a car allowance or company vehicle
Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of responsive and planned Fire, CCTV and Security Systems work, including reactive maintenance, scheduled maintenance and project‑type works. Work mainly with partner contractors to provide a robust 24/7 service, maintain high safety, quality and cost controls, and continually improve the estate where requested.
Qualifications & Experience
* City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade discipline
* Experience in the fire, CCTV or security industry
* Excellent communication and people‑management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor others
* Strong customer focus and the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
* IT literacy
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of fire safety and security is beneficial
Previous supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential. Experience in the Social Housing sector is advantageous.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points on your licence.
