The Opportunity:
This is a 12-month FTC opportunity, with scope to extend or become permanent due to demand.
Due to growth in their leading platform, this well-established health-tech business is looking for an Onboarding Manager to assist clients through the post-sales experience before go-live!
You will effectively manage the onboarding journey, working closely with sales, Account Management, technical implementation, and support to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Be the calm, serene presence above water, while managing multiple projects below the surface!
Managing 10–20 active projects at any given time, you will be the point of contact, calming influence, and project manager, guiding clients from sale to go-live with ease.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in project management, customer onboarding, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or a tech-driven environment.
* Proven success in managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time.
* Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
* Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms, or similar.
* Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
* Experience working within the dental space is a plus.

* Base salary up to £40k plus a £5k bonus.
