We're currently looking for Relief (Bank) Support Workers to join our team in Louth, working flexibly across four supported living homes.

You'll be working across four homes in Louth, supporting individuals in their daily routines, community activities, and personal goals. You'll need to be a driver, as you'll be using the people we support's vehicles to assist with travel and outings.
