We're looking for an ambitious and organised Client Wealth Administrator to join a leading Investment Management team in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to Investment Managers while building strong client relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication
3. Coordinating with operational teams on processes such as transfers, static data changes, and corporate actions
4. Preparing meeting packs and valuations
5. Assisting with the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
6. Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems in line with company policies
What we're looking for:
7. Previous experience in the financial services industry
8. A desire to build a long-term career in investment or financial planning administration
9. A strong client service ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
10. Strong written and verbal communication
11. Excellent planning and organisational skills
12. Proactive problem-solving ability
13. Knowledge of investments, pensions, and life assurance is preferred
14. Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths or equivalent
