What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a skilled engineer with AutoCAD and Moldflow expertise to support simulation and design of plastic components and molded parts that are key to our next-gen smart surface technologies.
You will:
– Run Moldflow simulations to evaluate plastic part manufacturability, flow, cooling, and warpage.
– Collaborate with design teams to optimize part geometry and tool design for injection molding.
– Use AutoCAD for design validation, 2D/3D part reviews, and drawing modifications.
– Interpret simulation results and make engineering recommendations to improve mold performance.
– Interface with suppliers and tooling engineers to ensure DFM (design for manufacturability).
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience using AutoCAD and Autodesk Moldflow
– Strong understanding of plastic injection molding
– A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and collaborative working style.
– Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
– Background in HMI, touchscreen, or automotive interior components.
– Familiarity with DFM/A, thermal and structural FEA, or other CAE tools.
– Experience working with prototype and low-volume production.
Why Work With Us:
– Be part of a cutting-edge team transforming how people interact with machines.
– Gain exposure to innovative technologies and rapid prototyping environments.
