Vickerstock is working in partnership with a major European manufacturing business to appoint a Purchasing Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start or develop your career in purchasing or supply chain management. It is suitable for candidates with little or no experience, with a competitive starting salary up to £27,000. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to obtain a CIPS qualification after 12 months of experience. Benefits include:

In your new role, you will:
* Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently
* Manage and resolve invoice queries promptly
* Generate and develop regular reports
* Administer supplier approvals and material code management
* Maintain and update pricing records accurately
* Process and report TSS customs declarations
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and compiling local contracts and agreements
* Perform other purchasing-related duties as required
Requirements to succeed:
* Previous similar experience or relevant degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting, Finance)
* Proficiency in formulas, pivots, V-lookups
* SAP experience is desirable
* Confident and effective communication skills
