Commercial Property Solicitor– Brighton
A legal 500 law firm based in Brighton are looking to expand their Commercial Property Team.
Key responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and landlord & tenant work
* Draft and negotiate key legal documents including leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, pre-emption agreements, and development contracts
* Advise clients on a range of issues including planning, construction, financing, and development structuring
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, developers, and professional advisors
* Stay up to date with legal and market developments to provide proactive, commercially focused advice
* Manage your own workload effectively, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters
