About You Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) ideally with between 1 and 4 years PQE in a corporate or commercial team. Proven experience in handling M&A, share and asset sales, corporate restructuring, or similar corporate workstreams. Strong drafting skills, due diligence experience, and deal management capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to build trust with clients and external advisers.
