Main Duties
Site Protection officers are required to proactively work to the company's values, always acting as an ambassador for Mitie Security and the client. This role is suitable for experienced security professionals seeking to work for a leading, well-respected client company. Responsibilities
* Maintain SC Level screening or current SC clearance.
* Possess either sole or dual British nationality to meet IPSA accreditation requirements.
* Be physically fit; a competency-based assessment is mandatory.
* Hold SIA Security Guard, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection license (CP preferred but not mandatory).
* Remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team.
* Be trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
* Be IT literate, disciplined, professional, self-motivated, and committed.
* Maintain high standards of appearance and adhere to established procedures.
* Respond promptly to incidents and support the organization as required.
* Ensure compliance with BS7858 Security Standards and governmental policies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Holder of a 3-Day HSE first aid certificate (minimum 1 day).
* Previous experience in a high-profile blue-chip environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferable).
Managerial Responsibilities
* Report on health and safety issues.
* Support site operations and incident reporting.
* Maintain a professional appearance and ensure compliance with all policies.
