We are looking for a Strategy Manager who will play a key role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will lead complex, business-critical projects in a dynamic international environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
You will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact outcomes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing? Responsibilities:
1. Leading multiple strategic and business-critical projects simultaneously within a matrix organisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions
2. Defining project scope, approach and roadmap for strategic initiatives, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery and ensuring high-quality outcomes
3. Managing and coordinating project teams, guiding analysis, solution design and implementation while building strong cross-functional relationships
4. Identifying, analysing and solving complex business challenges and growth opportunities, driving initiatives from ideation through execution
5. Leading the development and communication of strategic initiatives across corporate strategy, business unit strategy and growth strategies
6. Preparing and presenting decision materials for executive management and the Board of Directors
7. Evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting commercial due diligence and supporting the development of post-merger integration plans
8. Structuring complex problems and analysing qualitative and quantitative information to develop clear, actionable recommendations
9. Synthesising insights into compelling strategic narratives and decision materials for senior stakeholders
10. Guiding and developing project team members through informal leadership and collaboration
11. Working and communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions, seniority levels and geographies
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
12. 5–8 years of combined consulting and industry experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting
13. Proven experience leading corporate strategy and growth strategy projects or programmes
14. Experience within consumer, technology, M&A/Private Equity and growth strategy environments
15. Strong ability to independently define project scope, analytical approach and execution plans
16. Excellent problem-structuring, analytical and strategic thinking skills
17. Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business impact
18. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
19. Experience working in a matrix organisation
20. PMO or PMI experience is considered a plus
