This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible and influential role where your legal advice will directly shape commercial decisions and support continued business growth. Key Duties: Partnering with stakeholders to deliver clear, strategic legal advice that supports business growth. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, from NDAs to renewals and everything in between. Supporting the sales team throughout the contract lifecycle to enable deals to close smoothly and confidently. Managing early-stage disputes and litigation. Owning legal policies, terms and conditions and template documentation, ensuring they remain compliant and commercially robust. Driving data protection initiatives. Managing the company's insurance portfolio and overseeing renewals. Identifying risk and providing commercially viable solutions. Requirements: Ideally 5+ years PQE. Experience working within an SME environment. Strong commercial contracts background with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
