About the Role
About the Role :
This role will be reporting to the Head of Group Legal and working closely alongside the Commercial M&A team. You will be advising on a wide range of international M&A activities, including complex acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures. You will be responsible for providing proactive, commercially focused legal advice, managing external counsel, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Stakeholder management is a key facet of this role, and the successful candidate will show strong leadership capability.
This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned transactor who is looking for varied international work in a large corporate setting.
About You
* 10+ PQE
* Significant exposure to leading M&A transactions
* Solid understanding of contract and commercial law
* Experienced stakeholder manager
* Capable of running complex transactions independently
* Strong Negotiation Skills
* Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
* High emotional intelligence and a collaborative personality. Enthusiastic and proactive, commercially aware and enjoys providing practical solutions.
