HSE Coordinator (Health, Safety and Environmental/Manufacturing)
Ross-on-Wye
Competitive Salary + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension
Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.30
HSE Coordinator required for a highly successful and specialised manufacturer of construction products.
To apply to the role, you need to have experience in a similar position. Any industry will be suitable as specific training will be provided.
The HSE Coordinator Role:
1. Work with and in support to the HSE Manager
2. Assist with implementing and supporting the HSE management system.
3. Following guidance, conduct on-site Risk Assessments and review current risk assessments.
4. Implement health and safety policies & procedures as directed by HSE Manager and Factory Manager.
5. In conjunction with the HSE Manager, deliver, conduct and/or co-ordinate appropriate health and safety training programmes.
6. Maintain a comprehensive training record on each employee.
7. Support the HSE Manager in maintaining database re: Chemicals; PPE; Legal Register
8. Liaison with operations on a daily basis to ensure site compliance.
9. Site assessments, internal auditing keeping daily/weekly records.
The successful HSE Coordinator:
10. You will have previous experience within a similar position or a role with similar responsibilities.
11. You will be highly organised.
12. You will be able to demonstrate competence in HSE matters.
13. You will ideally hold and IOSH qualification.
