The Sales Enablement Manager will lead the development and execution of global sales enablement strategies, focusing on sales tools, consistent value messaging, and deal structuring. This role ensures our sales teams are equipped with the right frameworks, tools, and insights to drive efficiency, improve win rates, and deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain sales playbooks, deal guides, and negotiation/value articulation tools
2. Develop deal-stage frameworks and qualification standards to ensure rigor and consistency
3. Create and manage standardized proposal and pricing frameworks relevant to deal type.
4. Deliver onboarding, certification, and continuous enablement programs for sellers
5. Produce quarterly enablement packs with updated tools, insights, and best practices
6. Ensure consistent value messaging across all sales assets and communications
7. Drive adoption of sales tools and frameworks across regions and measure impact
We are looking for
8. Proven experience in sales enablement or commercial excellence within a global B2B organization
9. Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365
10. Solid understanding of sales processes, tools, and value messaging (experience in safety‑critical industries is an advantage) and demonstrated ability to build and enhance existing setups.
11. Ability to design and scale enablement frameworks and programs aligned with business goals
12. Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Products
13. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring, analysing, and optimizing enablement impact
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
16. Proven project management skills managing multiple initiatives across global regions
17. Prior experience in a frontline sales role
18. Ability to drive change and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working in complex organizations
