Job Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to jump in and make waves! You’ll be at the front lines, managing inbound leads, drumming up new opportunities, and getting potential customers excited about what we do. If you’re passionate about sales, love talking to people, and have a knack for spotting opportunities, this might just be the perfect gig for you.
Location Note:
This role is hybrid, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both from home and our Banbury office. However, during your induction phase (which will last several weeks), you’ll need to be 100% in the office to soak up all the knowledge and get fully onboarded. After that, you can enjoy a mix of office and remote work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
·Managing Inbound Leads:
oYou’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads from the hospitality and convenience store world. Think of yourself as the friendly face (or voice) that helps them see how awesome S4labour is.
oChat with potential customers, figure out what they need, and set them up with our sales pros for the next steps.
· Creating Outbound Magic:
oGot a nose for new opportunities? You’ll be researching, prospecting, and reaching out to potential customers who don’t know they need us yet—but will be glad they found us.
oLaunch creative outbound campaigns that get people talking, from cold calls to clever emails and social media shout-outs.
· Qualifying and Passing the Baton:
oNot every lead is ready to dive in, and that’s where you come in. You’ll figure out who’s a good fit, who needs a little more time, and who’s ready for a deeper conversation with our sales team.
oLead by example on keeping our CRM (Salesforce) tidy and up to date, so everyone’s in the loop on where each lead stands.
· Team Up and Report:
oWork closely with our marketing crew to align on messaging and strategies that really hit home in the hospitality and convenience store sectors.
oShare the good, the bad, and the could-be-better—your insights will help us keep improving how we do things.
oWe’re not all about KPIs and dashboards, but we know the numbers matter. You’ll keep an eye on your own progress, helping us stay on the right track together.
What You Bring to the Table:
·A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar (bonus points if you have it, but experience counts too!).
·1-3 years in a sales or lead generation role—if you’ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you!
·Know what ‘good’ and ‘best’ looks like – we want to learn from you, too.
·You’re a people person with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
·Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
·Comfortable flying solo or working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
·You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
