Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler tocoordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success.
More about the role:
1. Strategically program and administer all works.
2. Respond to all emails/queries.
3. Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.
4. Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.
5. Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.
6. Contact customers and plan jobs.
7. Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
8. Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
9. Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with 'O' Licence requirements.
10. Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.
