The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled engineer to play a key role in supporting enterprise-level applications for a range of external clients. Working with Microsoft technologies — particularly Azure, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server — you’ll take ownership of support tickets from diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring a first-class client experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues raised by the Helpdesk
* Support and maintain applications built using Microsoft technologies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
* Maintain detailed documentation in line with company standards
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings a solid technical foundation alongside strong interpersonal skills.
You should have:
* A degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET and C# in a commercial environment
* Solid experience with SQL Server and a deep understanding of database design principles
* Familiarity with Entity Framework, XML, Web Services, and WCF
* Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
