About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a 9-month contract. This is a fully onsite role based in Droitwich, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function during a key period of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Maintain and improve financial controls and processes .
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies .
Skills & Experience Required
Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in management accounting within a commercial environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
