About the Role A well-regarded secondary academy in Northamptonshire is seeking a motivated English ECT to join its successful English department from January 2026. This full-time, permanent post offers a structured, supportive start for an early career teacher passionate about literature, communication and creative learning. You’ll teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, supported by experienced mentors and a dedicated induction programme designed to help you build confidence and develop outstanding practice.
