We’re looking for a client-facing Principal Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring enterprise customers get measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across Product, Technology, and Customer Success, and wants to take ownership of strategic relationships from discovery to ongoing value.
About the Role
Operating remotely within the UK, you’ll start as an individual contributor, working closely with delivery and development teams. You’ll partner with a Solution Architect for technical depth, but you’ll be the one leading engagements, overseeing implementation, and driving long-term success. Post-go-live involvement is optional depending on your interests.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through technical and business challenges
* Map customer goals to platform capabilities and define clear delivery priorities
* Lead end-to-end project cycles, from discovery and UAT through launch
* Oversee adoption and ensure customers achieve lasting value from the platform
* Collaborate internally with project management, engineering, solution architecture, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes
What You’ll Bring
* Strong track record engaging senior stakeholders and managing customer relationships
* Hands-on experience with large-scale IT or digital transformation initiatives
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions
* Proven delivery leadership for enterprise customers
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
* Background in FSM, Telecom, or Utilities would be an advantage
