We are recruiting for a qualified Early Years Educator to work on a supply basis across nurseries in the Cheltenham area. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, want to gain experience in different settings, or need a role that fits around your schedule. You’ll be working with children aged 0–5, supporting their development in safe, engaging and nurturing environments. What you’ll be doing • Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities • Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment • Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes and outdoor play • Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents • Following EYFS guidance and safeguarding procedures About you • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting • Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and SEN • Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to different settings • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Pay • £14.24 to £15.50 per hour • Paid weekly via PAYE Why this role • Flexible working to suit your availability • Immediate start available • Opportunity to gain experience across a range of nurseries • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant • Access to free training and CPD About us We are a market leading education supply agency committed to supporting both staff and settings.
