What youll be doing
Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and dashboards
Produce clear monthly reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and lessons learned
Support project reviews and senior-level meetings to manage delivery
Structure project requirements and manage changes to contract scope
Coordinate project risk activities identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
Maintain project schedules in collaboration with planners
