This is an interim opportunity for a senior Corporate Restructuring lawyer, to assist our multinational FMCG client with a significant divestment. The role is full-time and of up to 12 months duration, to start from January 2026 or potentially sooner.
Flexible remote working is available, and there will be travel to the EU for key meetings as part of this role.
The successful lawyer will have previous divestment/restructuring experience, knowledge of setting up board governance and will be able to offer solid, commercial, strategic advice.
Previous experience with a similar transaction, especially within FMCG, is preferred.
