We’re now looking for a fractional Senior Sales Consultant to help us unlock new business opportunities, sharpen our go-to-market approach, and accelerate revenue traction. This is a one-day-per-week role with high strategic visibility and growth potential.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Commercial Sales Advisor, you’ll work closely with the founders to develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, particularly focused on enterprise HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment stakeholders. You’ll bring your deep B2B sales expertise to help us generate and convert high-quality leads, refine messaging, and build a repeatable outbound engine.
This role is ideal for a senior operator or consultant with HR tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS experience, looking to contribute meaningful impact in a fractional capacity.
* Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on and refine outbound sales strategy, messaging, and targeting
* Open doors with key HR and talent decision-makers (VC, Start-Ups, SMEs and enterprise)
* Support pipeline development through warm introductions or strategic outreach
* Coach founder and internal team on sales motions, tools, and tactics
* Provide strategic guidance on pricing, buyer objections, and qualification criteria
* Review CRM pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and advise on KPIs
* Share insights on market positioning and competitor dynamics
* Relay customer and market feedback to shape product and GTM approach
* Ideal ProfileProven track record in senior B2B sales roles, ideally in HR tech, recruitment, or future-of-work platforms
* Experience advising or operating in early-stage startups or fractional roles
* Commercial mindset with strong GTM instincts and outbound sales expertise
* Existing network of HR, TA, VC or People leaders in UK businesses (bonus)
* Highly independent, outcome-oriented, and collaborative
* Familiarity with SAAS platforms and AI
