Shift Pattern:
Days – Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Maintenance team as a mechanically focused technician with some multi-skilled experience. Responsible for providing mechanical expertise, repairing plant equipment efficiently, and ensuring safety and functionality. Also, oversee safety permits and supervise contractor activity when required.
* Support maintenance tasks on all plant equipment
* Ensure machinery and equipment are mechanically and electrically safe
* Perform support maintenance as needed
* Repair pumps, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Preferably experienced in chemical or heavy engineering sectors
* Apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer
* Holds a formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* Flexible and motivated, willing to take on overtime
