Overview
We are currently recruiting for Support Workers who have worked with Service Users who have challenging behaviours. The successful candidates will be compassionate, dedicated, and conscientious, who are looking for to make a difference to our clients, allowing them to live an independent and fulfilling life within a supported service setting. Applicants must have an outgoing, confident, professional, and very mature approach. This Service User is very active and likes to be out and about in the community so lots of get up and go required.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to Service Users within a supported service setting to enable independence and wellbeing. The role involves engaging with Service Users who are active in the community and may require a proactive and responsible approach to daily activities.
Requirements
* Hours: F/T - 12 hrs shifts including alternative weekends. Shifts will be 08:00-20:00 Days and 20:00-08:00 Nights
* Car Driver Essential - Must have a UK driving license
* Must be flexible to do alternative weekends
* Pay Rate per hour: £12.00 - 12.50
