Many students also have medical needs and sensory or physical impairments. Your qualifications and skills: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development (essential). A solid understanding of the Teacher Standards and expectations. Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory-led curriculums. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Attention to detail in assessing, recording, and reporting progress.
