London: Partner / Co-Founder (Corporate AI Workshops)
We’re looking for a London-based commercial partner / co-founder to help us scale paid corporate AI workshops (L&D, transformation, innovation, data/AI teams).
Why this is worth your time
We’re Tesseract Academy — not a “course-only” provider. We’ve trained hundreds of students and professionals, and we translate AI into real-world outcomes: roadmaps, governance, workflows, and quick-win deployments.
A few credibility markers:
* We’ve delivered workshops for organisations including US Navy, British Land, Vodafone
* We’ve worked with institutions such as The Alan Turing Institute
* We’ve collaborated with Innovate UK / BridgeAI (the partnership has been publicly featured)
* Our CEO, Dr Stylianos Kampakis, is a notable figure in AI, a 3× published author, and brings 10+ years’ experience in trading/markets (strong applied decision-making mindset)
We’re also building unique AI products (e.g., AI coaching + course generation) that move us from training into a real edtech platform — and we’re currently fundraising to scale this properly.
What you’ll own
* Build and convert pipeline for £10k–£50k corporate workshops (then expand into follow-on programmes)
* Create a repeatable motion: warm intros, partnerships, targeted outreach, referrals
* Feed market signal back into offer + pricing so we iterate fast
* You have credible relationships with senior buyers (L&D / Transformation / Innovation / Data/AI)
* You’ve sold consultative services/training and can run a clean close
* You’re hands‑on and accountable (not just “introductions”)
What’s on offer
* Partner track: strong rev‑share from day 1, with equity on the table once traction is proven
* Clear 30–90 day proof period with targets and transparency
* We don’t ask for contact lists. We work via warm intros + opt‑in outreach only.
* What you’ve sold before (deal sizes + buyer types)
* Who you can reach in London/UK
* Your 30-day plan to land the first 1–2 workshops
(And if you know someone perfect for this, we’d love an intro!)
