Our client is looking for a People Services Advisor who can provide first-line HR support, manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll admin, and maintain accurate colleague records- all while ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. What you'll do: Provide first-line advisory support to colleagues by resolving HR queries efficiently and in accordance with service level agreements. Maintain up-to-date and accurate colleague records. Support the end-to-end on boarding process by preparing contracts, induction materials. Assist with off boarding activities including the preparation of exit documentation Contribute to payroll and benefits administration. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions by managing schedules and logistics. Participate in HR projects by offering insights, recommendations, and administrative support as needed to drive continuous improvement. Manage content on the help desk platform by identifying opportunities to enhance self-service resources and streamline internal processes. What you bring: HR support/admin experience (advisory, including payroll and benefit experience, a bonus). Excellent communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
