As Head of Marketing, you will own the entire marketing function — brand, demand generation, content, events, digital channels, and partner marketing. You will be a senior strategic leader and hands-on executor, working directly with the Sales Director and commercial leadership to drive qualified pipeline, elevate brand authority, and build the marketing engine that underpins their growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing strategy & leadership Brand positioning and thought leadership Demand generation and pipeline generation Sales Enablement and Partner Marketing Digital Marketing and Events Team leadership and Development Qualifications and Experience: 5 years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally within an IT services, managed services, or technology consultancy environment. Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. Deep experience in content marketing, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ). Experience working within or alongside a Microsoft partner ecosystem — understanding of Microsoft GTM, co-sell, and partner marketing motions. Strong analytical mindset — ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; personal credibility to represent them at senior customer and partner levels. Experience managing and developing a marketing team
