Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement business change strategies and operational improvements. Formulate and manage the portfolio plan, including planning, coordination, and reporting of programmes and projects. Use strong internal networks and awareness of Heathrow’s business planning to overcome barriers and drive strategic change. Lead and deliver business change initiatives that may sit outside of capital programmes. Act as the concept guardian throughout project lifecycles to ensure original intent and benefits are realised. Capture solution benefits, build robust business cases, and lead prioritisation aligned to Heathrow’s strategic vision. Qualifications Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data management capabilities to support effective decision-making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional and technical programmes or projects, driving delivery in complex environments. Excellent communication skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups and inspiring collaboration. High proficiency in IT tools to support planning, reporting, and project delivery. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, including virtual and cross-departmental groups. Skilled in creating and executing project and programme plans, supported by compelling business cases and strategic alignment. Ideally, you will also have: Business change expertise supported by relevant qualifications or frameworks (e.g. Prosci). Project management experience or certification (e.g. APM), with a track record of successful delivery. Strong networking and relationship-building skills across Heathrow and the wider airport industry. In-depth understanding of end-to-end passenger journey processes and operational impacts.
