Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: DOE| Up to £52,480 OTE (uncapped)
Hours: MonFri 08:3017:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays
A respected workshop in Bishops Stortford is expanding and now seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who wants strong earning potential, modern facilities, and ongoing training including hybrid and EV development.
Vehicle Technician Role Overview
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
* Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
* Completing vehicle health checks and identifying required work
* Carrying out minor repairs, diagnostics and electrical checks
* Warranty repairs and accurate job write-ups
* Road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality
Vehicle Technician Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
* Full UK driving licence
* High attention to detail and strong workshop standards
* Diagnostic, MOT or EV experience is beneficial but not essential
