About the Role:You'll be carrying out an average of two Building surveys / Homebuyer reports per day, five days a week, across Essex and surrounding. The workload is manageable and straightforward - there's no need to deal with mortgage companies or get caught up in red tape. You'll be using ready-made templates to produce detailed, high-quality reports that reflect your expertise. What's on Offer:
* Salary of £55,000pa

* Booking your own jobs
* Managing software systems
* Chasing paperwork
This is a role where you can focus on what you do best: surveying properties and delivering accurate, professional reports. What We're Looking For:
* An experienced Property Surveyor
* A solid understanding of property structure and reporting standards
* Ideally RICS qualified or studying towards
* A full UK driving licence and access to transport
