An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced IT Solution Specialist to join the IT Solutions Team within Bettys & Taylors Group.Reporting to one of the IT Solutions Managers, your focus will be to take a lead role in the delivery and support of IT solutions, promoting and enabling service improvement activity and finding solutions to complex issues. Key to this is the ability to develop strong relationships and an end-to-end understanding of the processes and systems used by Bettys and Taylors. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, championing cross-functional working whilst leading effective incident and problem management, and continuous service improvement activity.You will be able to demonstrate: Experience in supporting ERP and other large-scale business systems. Strong critical thinking skills: able to analyse, understand and resolve complex problems methodically, with enthusiasm and creativity. Excellent communicator: able to listen, understand, interpret, and communicate technical and non-technical information to a wide range of audiences, and bring ideas and proposals to life. Excellent planning and organisational skills: able to set timescales, manage expectations and organise resources to meet demands. Experience of SQL databases and writing SQL queries. Strong experience in documenting systems and processes for use by colleagues. Knowledge and awareness of infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Firewalls).If you enjoy working within a busy, customer-service focused collaborative environment, can flex to meet changing demands, and are comfortable working independently or as part of a team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
