THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As Finance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the organisation. The role involves processing financial transactions, assisting with payroll, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support to the finance function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS FINANCE ASSISTANT
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process invoices
Post receipts and payments across multiple bank accounts
Process payment runs
Assist with daily banking and reconciliations
Support with payroll functions
