Webasto Thermo & Comfort UK Ltd is a market leading provider of heating, cooling, and refrigeration solutions for all types of vehicles. We are seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to join our established team of Sales professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening financial performance, and expanding our presence across both existing and emerging market segments.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction
* Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer and business success
* As a results‑driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance
* Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management — a core Sales Manager responsibility
This is what you bring to us:
* 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in automotive/transport industry sector, with CRM experience supporting a data‑focused Sales Manager approach
* Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance
* Results orientated outlook and able to work both independently and within a matrix orientated team structure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager
* A desire for personal and professional development in a global organisation
