Essential Requirements: * Qualification: Must possess a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent. * Professional Experience: Proven experience in children’s residential care, with a strong understanding of current legislation (e.g., Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, including quality standards). * Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to plan shifts, manage risks, and inspire teams. * Care Standards: Commitment to delivering outstanding care, maintaining professionalism, and acting with empathy and calm. * Passion: Deep dedication to improving the lives of children and young people. * Additional: Must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to participate in ongoing professional development.
