Your New Role
Working as part of a small, close-knit finance team, this role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of purchase invoices.This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and has strong attention to detail.
As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Matching, batching and coding invoices
3. Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal stakeholders
4. Reconciling supplier statements
5. Managing payment runs
6. Assisting with month-end processes
7. Maintaining accurate records within the finance system
What You'll Need to Succeed
8. Previous experience in a high-volume purchase ledger role
9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
11. Excellentmunication skills
12. Experience using COINS software would be highly advantageous.
13. Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
