One where you can gain exposure to interesting, complex projects whilst progressing towards chartership.\n\nHere, you'll work closely with a senior and chartered structural engineer who can offer you the support you need towards your next career ambition. At the same time, you'll be joining a well-established practice with a growing presence in the centre of Birmingham.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\n * Base salary 35k-45k depending on experience\n\n * Hybrid working\n\n * Annual bonus\n\nAbout you and the role\n\nYou'll have at least 2-3 years' experience in building design - utilising a variety of materials such as concrete, steel, masonry and timber.
